The recipes of Nina Corea still prevail and Tina, Teresa, & Louie put them all together with fun, finesse, and expertise of a family in the business for over 50 years.

Brick oven pizza, freshly made in the food truck. We make our dough with the freshest ingredients possible. Our homemade pizza sauce recipe uses simple ingredients: San Marzano tomatoes, garlic,extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt and a pinch of dried oregano.  It’s like heaven on earth.
