RULES: Entry must be a two-dimensional outdoor scene from the Tustin Area, framed and ready to hang.
ENTRY FEES Members: 1 piece $10, 2 pieces $15 Non-Members*: 1 piece $15, 2 pieces $25
PRIZES 1st: $50 or 50% of entry fees 2nd: $30 or 30% of entry fees 3rd: $20 or 20% of entry fees
