Project Support Opportunities and Sponsorships

TACFA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and depends on your financial support of its many programs to maintain the cultural vitality of Tustin. Nearly 100% of the money given by individuals and corporate sponsors is spent on these programs.

Ways to Support TACFA Annual Fund Campaign

Support the programs of the Tustin Area Council for Fine Arts’ mission with your gift to the Annual Fund Campaign. Contributions of cash, or in-kind gifts of products and services, are recognized in the following categories:

Broadway in the Park Sponsorships

Align your company with Broadway in the Park in a unique way by becoming a sponsor. Receive maximum visibility through a variety of media and promotional opportunities. Entertain employees and clients with a reserved table or tickets to the event.

Sponsorships of cash or in-kind gifts of products and services are recognized in the following categories:

Broadway in the Park “Impresario” – $15,000 and more

  • Acknowledgement as a Major Sponsor of Broadway in the Park, and logo link to company’s website on the TACFA website. (Digital logo to be provided by the sponsoring company.)
  • Acknowledgement on the Major Sponsor page of the Broadway in the Park program.
  • Recognition as a Major Sponsor on the TACFA website, in all press releases, and on marketing materials, when there is available space.
  • Recognition during Broadway in the Park Intermission.
  • A 3-minute speaking opportunity during the Intermission at each performance to recognize your company or a special employee you wish to honor.
  • A full-page ad in the Broadway in the Park program. (Ad in PDF format to be provided by the sponsoring company.) (Value: $200)
  • Corporate banner hung in the most visible and prominent place in the park (TBD) for the run of the production. (Banner to be provided by the sponsoring company.)
  • A reserved “Major Sponsor Table” for eight, including tickets, for any night during the 5-night run of the show, and with company name or logo on a table standee. (Value: $225)
  • A commemorative blanket and eight BITP sweatshirts for you and your guests.
  • A complimentary wine and snack basket.
  • Six (6) complimentary raffle tickets for evening of attendance.

Broadway in the Park “Benefactor” - $10,000 - $14,999

Broadway in the Park – Employee Recognition Program

  • Sponsor may choose to recognize their employees with the use of their sponsorship tickets, which will include a recognition announcement from the stage of the employee’s achievement on the night of their attendance. Sponsor to provide employee names to TACFA for recognition.
