Broadway in the Park is a professionally produced Broadway musical that attracts 5,000 eager and enthusiastic Tustin area residents each year during its five-day run. Attendees receive a glossy 5.5” x 8.5” show program highlighting musical numbers, cast members’ bios, production staff and more. You can support the Tustin Area Council for Fine Arts’ efforts to bring the Arts to the community and capture the attention of the Broadway in the Park audience with your ad in the 2009 program!

MAJOR SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Sponsorship Level and Benefits

Broadway in the Park “Benefactor” - $10,000 and above

  • Acknowledgement as a Broadway in the Park sponsor, and logo link to the company’s website on the TACFA website. (Digital logo to be provided by the sponsoring company.)
  • Acknowledgement on the Major Sponsor page of the Broadway in the Park program listing Broadway in the Park sponsors.
  • Recognition during Broadway in the Park Intermission.
  • Recognition as a Major Sponsor on the TACFA website, in all press releases, and on marketing materials, when there is space available.
  • A 3-minute speaking opportunity during the Intermission at each performance to recognize your company or a special employee you wish to honor.
  • A full-page ad in the Broadway in the Park program. (Ad in PDF format to be provided by the sponsoring company.)
  • A corporate banner hung at the park for the run of the production. (Banner to be provided by the sponsoring company.)
  • A reserved Major Sponsor table for eight, including tickets, for any night during the 5-night run of the show, with company name or logo on a table standee. (Value: $240)
  • Four BITP sweatshirts
  • A complimentary wine and snack basket or a floral centerpiece.
    Six (6) complimentary raffle tickets for the evening of attendance.

Broadway in the Park “Guarantor” - $5,000 - $9,999
